Troop Uniform

Like traditional scouting programs, Trail Life USA is a uniformed program. Just as sacraments are outward signs of inward grace, for Trailmen, the uniform is a visible symbol of the adventure, character, and leadership instilled within Trail Life USA. In addition to allowing Trailmen to display their program achievements, the uniform also helps to build a troop’s identity and is an important part of the program. Uniforms are available exclusively from Trail Life USA’s online store. Troop FL-0118 has established three uniforms:

• Trail Uniform. Red tee-shirt embroidered with troop insignia (see below), which includes the Trail Life USA logo and troop numeral. The trail uniform is worn during outdoor adventures and other situations where less practical to wear the formal troop uniform. The trail uniform includes the red troop hat also embroidered with troop insignia.

• Travel Uniform (Coming Soon). Red polo-type collared shirt embroidered with troop insignia (see below). The travel uniform is worm for comfort while traveling and other situations where less practical to wear the formal troop uniform. The travel uniform includes the red troop hat also embroidered with troop insignia.

• Troop Uniform. Formal uniform (shown below) worn at troop meetings, ceremonies, parades, and other dress occasions. The troop has designated that the formal troop uniform includes the red troop hat embroidered with troop insignia (see below).
